Edgewater Gallery in Middlebury, Vermont

Edgewater Gallery is now carrying my work.  I am PSYCHED!  As I have had this gallery in mind as a potential venue for offering my work for sale.  They represent some awesome artists, in quite a range of styles.
Recognize the work?  This is a section of "Stripes and Drips #2".
My work is at their Mill Street location; they have another location on Merchant's Row in Middlebury, and another in Bozeman, Montana.

A few larger works on paper will be added to the collection; they are at the photographer's now.  Stay tuned, as I will be doing demonstrations, and possible short workshops here. If you are in Middlebury, drop by.  If not, check out the web site!

  1. Congratulations, Jane! I'm familiar with this gallery. At one point an Ottawa friend, Karen Goetzinger, was showing her textile-based work there, and now a Montreal friend, Susanne Strater, is part of the stable. We actually own four pieces of Susanne's: two pastels and two cut-paper compositions.

One of the things I like so much about the gallery is that the work is lively and accessible. The mix of paintings, jewellery, pottery and other crafts seems to be a winning combination, going back to its earlier days as the original location of Frog Hollow.

Middlebury is a great little college town. A few years ago we had a getaway weekend there, and enjoyed biking around the campus. Good restaurants and other boutiques too. Worth a visit!

  2. Your art looks great on the wall, Jane. Congratulations!

  3. Congratulations !!! As always, wonderful work.

I have had some spam comments lately, advertising of stupid stuff. So I am moderating comments until I can figure out a better way to prevent spam. THANKS!
