A GIVEAWAY for The Postcard Project
Fiber Art Now, a quarterly magazine for contemporary fiber arts, has offered a year's subscription to one lucky winner in our Postcard Project. Here is how it works: on Friday, February 8, I will draw a postcard at random from all that I have received to date. [I'm revising that date, due to overwhelming response (I'm editing this on Monday, 2/4 at about 9:30 pm): I will do the drawing on Monday, Feb 11th. Give a little more time to get cards in]. The person who sent the card will receive this free subscription!

Cool giveaway. I recently picked up an issue of Fiber Arts Today and was impressed. My postcard went in the mail Sat. morning (from a small post office, too!)ReplyDelete
Oops, I meant Fiber Art Now, not Today.ReplyDelete
Mine's in the post Jane...not fibre art, but collage.ReplyDelete
what a great idea ... unfortunately i wont make the deadline ... but i love what is happening and may your little post office live long !!! i know its a lot of work but i would have liked to have seen a link to each card that takes me to the owner /site ....ReplyDelete
perhaps you could get each person to CLAIM their own (somehow) so it links back to their site ...
it is a lovely idea and looks great ... happy postcard swapping !
ps ... i love what you do with line and colour >>>
I sent à couple of postcards today, one fiberart and three photocards of details of my workReplyDelete

Well... I sent out a postcard to you today, but it's neither fiber-art nor collage. It's just a typical "tourist" postcard from Carmel. Just want to make sure your PO stays open. We're having the same problem in my community and it's disturbing.ReplyDelete
