I've been preparing work for Gander Gallery in Manchester, VT, which will be showing my work now. YAY! I will get pictures and post more about that soon, but since I haven't posted in a while I thought I'd share a couple more of my vertical experiments. These two are done, and will go in the gallery.
These are both 7" x 22". Fun fun FUN working in this format. More later.
Nice work..Love the colors and the free scribbles. There is so much perspective and ways to look at your pieces..Great job!

I just love looking at your art-wish I could see it at the gallery in person. Thanks for sharing it here-very inspiring!
ReplyDeleteamazing........thanks for sharing
ReplyDeleteI wish you well with your exhibit, Jane! Keep us posted.
ReplyDeleteLove this format! Amazing what happens when you change things up, isn't it? I'm continuing to play with the abstract landscape ideas since your class - still loving it. There's SO much to do with just this simple concept.....congrats on the gallery show!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations.... what part of the state is Manchester? And is it just a show or as an on going exhibitor?
ReplyDeleteI love places to explore when I go visit my sister each year.
And I love that Vermont has such a vibrate art and quilt community. I always come home with a stash of ideas and fabric.
Beautiful Work! Good Luck with the Gallery Showing!
