Abstract Painting on Whidbey Island

I will be teaching a four-day workshop on Abstract Painting (including collage, of course) at the Pacific Northwest Art School in Coupeville, WA on Whidbey Island next summer.  Registration is now open!  Space is limited to 12, and there are several people signed up already, so don't delay if you are interested.
  • Dates are July 22 - 25, 2013
  • Cost is $475
  • Fly into Seattle
You can read the description of the workshop on PNWAS's web site, but in a nutshell, we'll be exploring the elements of visual language and learn lots of techniques for playing with them in context. I use the term "painting" loosely, as we'll be including collage and drawing as well.

  1. these are gorgeous Jane! You know I'm a huge fan of your art and it would be a dream to take a live class but for now I need to be happy with your books, blog and DVD-and I am. I learn so much from you-thank you!

  2. As usual I love your style and just have to say again how much I enjoyed your Art & Soul class! I'm drooling to take the Whidbey Is class but....you'll never believe it....when we got home from vacation and the class in Portland, we found that hubby had been downsized - so, no job right now. No job, no art classes. Cross your fingers he finds a job quick so I can take the class! :)
